Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10.

EquipmentRentalFinder is a free directory operated by Field Notes Directories. By using it you agree to these terms.

Information is provided as is

We work to keep listings accurate, but businesses change their hours, prices and services. Confirm details with the business before you rely on them. We aren't a party to any agreement between you and a business, and we don't guarantee any business's work.

Paid placement

Some businesses pay for placement. Paid listings are labeled Ad. Payment never changes the facts we show about a business or whether we list it, and links in paid listings are marked as sponsored for search engines.

Your submissions

Don't submit anything false or anything you don't have the right to share. We may edit or decline submissions.
